What is Fix.bg?
Fix.bg is online fleet management software focused on maintenance and documents. It tracks services by kilometres and engine hours, and insurance, inspections and vignettes by date, and emails your team before anything is due. For tracking where vehicles are, it connects to leading GPS tracking systems.
Do I need GPS tracking to use Fix.bg?
No. Fix.bg works perfectly without GPS: you update the odometer yourself with one click every few weeks. If you already use GPS tracking, connect it and odometers update automatically.
How much does it cost?
€0.90 per vehicle per month, and your first 3 vehicles are free. All features are included. A fleet of 20 vehicles costs €15.30 a month.
Can a mechanic or driver log a service without an account?
Yes. Every line in the reminder email has a “Mark as done” button that opens a short form on any phone, without signing in. They enter the date and odometer, attach a photo of the invoice if they like, and that's it.
Does it work for construction and farm machinery?
Yes. Machinery is tracked by engine hours instead of kilometres, with its own service intervals, in the same lists as your vehicles.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fix.bg runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. There's nothing to install or update.
Is it available in Bulgarian and English?
Yes. Each person picks their own language, and their reminder emails arrive in it.
